Great experience, the hotel Is in a strategica location, near Station 21 mall, near Sky train. The resturant Is Amazing with all the tipical food. I'll Remember the breakfast Forever. All the staff Is ben very professional but especially courteous. I'll return for sure!

I hesitated to book the hotel at the beginning since it’s quite old but I’m so glad that I chose to stay here! It may be a bit old fashioned but you everything is clean and up to standard, with a cool classic feel. Excellent service and the house keep team is always helpful. Thanks Tik ky for cleaning my messy room every day !

I booked a breezy suite with a view of the city. I didn’t receive this view and asked for this to be changed on the first day. I was told someone would reach out, but nobody did. On my checkout day, I relayed the same message to the host. I was greeted by an email from the manager stating “There was nothing they could do for me”. “The hotel did not have what I booked in the rooms available” and also gave me no reimbursement for a lesser room style. The manager stated “he would put my preference of room type in for my next stay!” I believe customers should get what they pay for, not be told, “I got you next time”. It’s unprofessional and paying for goods that aren’t received. Very unprofessional

Strange above-caption? Read on for a ride of a lifetime.... In May 2023, I declared that Westin BKK is my beloved spouse in BKK from then on (read my review for the backstory) and when someone accuses my spouse of perceived wrongdoing, I shall spare no efforts to defend my spouse fairly and vigorously. I believe anyone would do the same. In Mar 2024, Mike1445 reviewed that the "triangular-shaped restroom" of Westin BKK's corner room is "where one would expect to hit a knee or toe at every step". I have the opportunity to stay in one currently and if you refer to the attached pictures in this review, Mike1445 is not entirely wrong. Firstly, the bathroom door can't be opened fully till it is against the wall due to the obstruction from the bathtub (see pic). So, less sober guests or the cousins of The Incredible Hulk could hit a knee/toe or two if they do not observe the bottom corners of the door. Likewise, bathtub and wc separated by a partition with hard corners and edges (see pic) and hence, guests who are less careful may have their knees and toes screaming vulgarities at the partition. My spouse is a vintage property that is almost my age (in my mid-50s) and hence, we can't really fault her, can we? I am into vintage....don't you get excited by crow feet, double chin, flabby arms, etc.? Anyway, have reached out to management to either cover the edges and corners with rubberised fittings or paint them bright yellow or paste bright colored stickers around them. Have been in such a room using such a bathroom for the last 3 days. No vulgarities from my knees and toes, only ZEN. Westin BKK has a number of fresh interns learning the ropes during this period. Please be more patient and forgiving towards them. I was there once before....with my butter fingers and hazy mind.... Westin BKK Seasonal Taste is having a mind-blowing Mango Hi-Tea promo from Apr to Jun. Mango being used in all possible ways, sweet-savory, sweet-sour & sweet+ pastries, tarts, mini-sandwiches, etc. Presentation and taste wise, it is unearthly. Can't afford a ticket for a trip to the Moon? Try Westin BKK's Mango Hi-Tea, it shall bring you to the Milky Way. Another promo currently is the Thai Curry "Wok & Roll" buffet promo. Focus is on everything spicy and nice. In a relationship that is getting tasteless? Bring your better half to the "Wok & Roll" buffet and you'll have him/her/him+her all over you in no time! Everything else is as good and perhaps better than my earlier stay in Jan. House-keep, Front desk, Executive lounge, Kisso (Japanese F&B), Seasonal, Zest, Engineering, Laundry, etc. all performing at their peak. Will I stay here in future? Yes, in this life and the next....and the next....and the next....

Great staff throughout the hotel. Special shoutouts to Fjodor, Sudjai, Lina, Prim, PP and Suní at seasonal tastes for exceptional service. They are so welcoming and professional. Also Phet proud at Zest Bar, Noi in the executive lounge and Tikki in housekeeping, who was always smiling and helpful.
